HOW TO START : PUBLISH a WORK WISH JOB TUTORIAL

Create a RECRUITER account aside from your job-seeker account.

Login and click on the dashboard on the top right of the screen . From your dashboard, you will be able to edit & fill your profile: click on

The Content of your advert will have to be ready (Resume, Motivations, Skills, Experience, Links, (Video Resume)…

1/ You are using the Job posting platform for Recruiters and Hiring Companies which will make you appear in the job listing with all the other jobs and spot in the Map for your Geo-Location. Start by filling your primary details. Add a professional picture of yourself on the Logo upload.

2/ Enter the Job Title your wish: (On the Job Listing: it will appear like : “Your name” is looking for a ” Job title” ) so it is advised to mention : “Your name” is looking for a “Career in ………..” or “Job as a ………………” or “Role as a ………………….“

Then, check on Work Wish. You can Check another option between Freelance or Full time or Part Time (Ignore the other ones or your advert will be deleted automatically. Stay professional with strong ethics)

RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATES (only): Publish your Work Wish with the Title (“Your name” or “Company name” is looking for a “Job assignment, Recruiting Exchange, RPO Assignment”

3/ Choosing your job category will help recruiters and companies to find you easily, Recruitment Associates will be able to refer you - Highventures will auto-share and email your advert to recruiters related to your category and location.

  • Choose your Experience Level ( you can check several 2 or 3 maximum allowed). The company profile | Process Details is the way companies introduce themselves and their hiring process. Here, you can mention the type of company you would like to join, the sector your are interested in, and any information about your motivations and/or Background. You can also leave it blank.

  • Fill the Salary Range with your expectation and salary wishes. Just before tags, you can leave Negotiable or mention the monthly or yearly rate you’re asking for (or daily for Freelancers)

  • For the Referral Program, You need to add : FREE. (So it is clear that No fee or paid service will be added to a recruiter or hiring company.)

  • Don’t forget to put keywords on the tags for your to be found easily and to help us target and aim the right companies and Recruiters.

5/ Posting a Work Wish Advert allows you to Geo-Locate yourself so companies can find you. Depending on your preferences, you can publish several Work Wish adverts to mention the places you would like to work (mostly for International Jobs). Mention at least a place by simply pointing in a city or puting an address. (Leaving the job location will put your work wish ad on the Atlantic Ocean, the advert will be deleted)

6/ Here is the field where you will have to promote yourself. Explaining your background, your resume, your experiences, your best assets and all the reasons Why a company should hire you. Promote yourself as a person of Talent, show and explain how your skills can be advantages to the job description you wish.

7/ Finally, in the How to apply field, you need to mention all the ways to contact you, additional infos, Highventures e-profile (visible), Linkedin Page (why not), Facebook page (maybe), Twitter, Posts, Blogs, Works, Hobbies. Any information that can help recruiters to make the decision to contact you and make them being interested by your profile. (For this section: it would be good to check on google.com “personal branding” to avoid mistakes on how to promote yourself). Finish with a Thank you for sharing my Work Wish Ad to any of your professional contact.

On both last fields (Job description and How to apply) you can customize the size, the colours, you can add links, you can add videos, media, resume, work pdf and pictures.

Don’t forget to add your schedules for first chat interviews.

Click on Next to publish, and keep clicking on next and confirm until you choose the Free Job pack “Work Wish”. Don’t go back after the 1st next or you’ll have to start over again. Just keep on confirming, you will find your job advert published automatically. You will be able to edit it, make changes and save anytime.

Contrary to several Recruitment Social Networks and Job-boards, searching candidates and connect with candidates is a free service in Highventures. How to add your video resume: Don’t copy/paste the link of the Youtube or Video page. Copy/paste the URL of your video itself on the job description content and it will appear when the ad is published. If it doesn’t appear, right click on your video resume and copy the embed code of the Video. Then switch from the visual view to the text one. Paste the code on the Text field on the top of the code in the job description as below.
