The Recruitment Tender: Highventures acts as a simple linker which forward your Recruitment Tender to specialized Recruiting Firms, Independent Recruiters by Industry and Recruitment Associate without interfering in any additional fee or added cost.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR RECRUITMENT TENDER :

  1. Register/Login as a JOB LISTER | Submit a Job from your DASHBOARD.
  2. Put the Job Title you’re looking for and check both options needed in the job type: Recruiting B2B Quotes and Full time or Freelance
  3. Mention all the details in the Company profile section or in the How to Apply section. In order to enhance results, please kindly provide most of the informations you can related to the job description (Use yours or download the Job Qualification form).   5. You will keep the permalink of your job advert even after it expires and will be able to share it again.

What’s the difference between a Recruitment B2B Quote and a Recruitment Associates Job Assignment ?
The Recruitment Associates Job Assignment is a quote with a fixed percentage of the placement of candidate at 9% of the annual salary. The “Client” (hiring company) sign the assignment with Highventures which engage responsibility with Recruitment Associates. The job is even open to independant Recruiters and Recruitment Firms as long as they are working under Highventures’ Terms and Conditions. Whereas the Recruitment B2B Quote (Recruitment Tender) is completely driven by the “Client” (the hiring company) who will decide how much he’s willing to pay for the candidate placement and with whom the Recruiters will have to sign directly.
