Recruitment Associates @ Highventures are independant Recruiters head-hunting and placing the best candidates for Hiring companies and Staffing Agencies. As a Freelance Recruitment Consultant, you will work from 3 to 10 jobs per month on a limited client base to higher the added value of Recruitment services towards Employers and give the best candidates experience. Hiring companies in your network having a limited budget for Recruitment are still potiential partners to invite for job advertisement and work on their jobs as community managers or talent sourcers.
The Recruitment Associate is a self employed business owner or can work on his own name under Highventures. You can work from any country, targeting any country. You can delegate your sourcing and build your own team. Being a self employed is the path to Business ownership. It is not a career but a lifestyle choice.
Recruitment Associates Rules :
Recruitment Associate working at Highventures search, attract, detect the right candidate and place him into an Employer for 9% of Recruitment fees. Which will operate this way: When an Employer in USA, UK or EUROPE is looking for a candidate who will earn $50 000 per year. The Employer will pay to Highventures the fees of $4500.
When Highventures is the one to open the Recruitment Need to Registered Recruitment Associates: The Recruitment fees will be 9% for the Employer ($4500), and the Recruitment Associate will earn 7%. So the for every Recruitment needs Highventures provides to its clients, each Recruitment Associate can earn 77, 77% of the fees($3500).
When the Recruitment Associate detect himself the client and open it to other Recruitment Associates and one of them find the candidate and make the placement. It will be the same split of 9% for the one who open the client, and 7% for the one who placed the candidate.
The Recruitment Associate whom had brought the client will keep 2%. When the Recruitment Associate detect himself the client and post it on Highventures, he will earn 100% of the fees (of the 9%)
How Does a Recruitment Associate Work:

Head-hunt as an Independant Recruitment Associates on Highventures jobs. (7% minimum of the annual salary of the placed candidate.) - Uncapped commissions. Unlimited growth. Build your Recruitment Team.

RPO: Screen & check Resumes (From $400 to $700 per RPO assignments)

Recruit on B2B quotes & Recruiting Exchanges. (Splitting Fees Opportunities between Recruitment Firms and chosen fees by Hiring companies, you keep it all)

Sell job advertisement to Hiring companies to build up their recruitment by referrals (co-opting recruitment):

Publish job adverts on the name of Hiring Companies – Share jobs – Invite them to post their own job adverts as well as introduce differents Recruitment Services.

EARNINGS
Example of a Recruitment Associate Salary:

Recruitment Associate Job assignments are fixed on 9% of annual candidate salary (2% is kept for the platform or the Recruitment Associate who submit the job requirement. The Recruitment Associate earn 7% upon Candidate placement). For example when you place a candidate who will earn $50 000 per year: You earn $3500.

Recruitment Tenders: This offer is when the Hiring company chooses the fee they want to pay. So if the Hiring company chooses to pay 15% of the year salary and work with all Recruitment Associates and Independant Recruiters, You will earn all the 15% when the candidate is hired (end of probationary period) | Then if the candidate salary is $100 000 per year: You earn $15 000.

Recruiting Exchange: This offer concern Recruitment Firms. When the firm has a critical job to fill but no candidate and need help, the Recruiting Exchange is made to split and share the job and the fees. If the Recruiting firm has signed at 20% with its client and offer 10% for the candidate placed, you will earn 10% | Then $10 000 is your earning based on the previous example (here you will need to sign a partnership agreement with the recruitment firm before starting).

JOB Packs commissions can bring you up to $3000 based on regular job postings and purchased job packs by clients you will invite.

You will earn $150 for each Platinum pack ($347) ( which represents 43% commissions)To reach 2000$ you need to make 14 Platinum invitations.

You will earn $100 for each Gold pack ($247) (which represents 40% commissions)To reach 2000$ you need to make 20 Gold invitations.

You will earn $75 for each Silver pack ($147) (which represents more than 50%)To reach 2000$ you need to make 26 Silver invitations.

You will earn $25 for each Bronze pack ($47) (which represents More than 50%)To reach 2000$ you need to make 80 Bronze invitations.

Cash Candidate Rewards is around $200 to $1000 depending on the Referral Reward program of the hiring company, you get paid when the candidate referred is hired.
