Aside from the Recruitment by Co-Opting (Referral Hires), Job Social Sharings & Bonuses for Candidates Referrals, Highventures’ inbuilt SLA and Recruitment Terms & Conditions allows our Network to work on your toughest jobs to fill.
Upon T&C’s signature, the Recruitment assignment starts. When the candidate is hired and land your company at his/her start date, you pay only 9 % of the annual gross salary with 3 month replacement warranty. Highventures Terms and Conditions (to submit a scanned copy signed to [email protected])
The Job assignment is open to all Recruitment Associates: It’s like having an army of Recruitment Consultants.
The platform keeps 2% as introductive & supportive fees and pay the Recruitment Associate 7 % for the placement. For further Recruitment Associate Assignment, the hiring company have to publish another Job Advert for Highventures to acknowledge the Job assignment. The hiring company can choose to ‘hire’ and negotiate directly any Recruiter based on the Recruitment Associates’ performance. Thus Highventures wont get any added fees nor responsibility.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR JOB ASSIGNMENT :
- Register/Login as a JOB LISTER or RECRUITER | Submit a Job from your DASHBOARD.
- Put the Job Title your looking for and check both options needed in the job type : RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATES 9% and Full time or Freelance. (One job advert can open gates to several options)
- In order to enhance results, please kindly provide most of the informations you can related to the job description (Use yours or download the Job Qualification form). You can keep contact with all the Recruitment Associates via the chat box in the main page or phone or email and will receive candidates directly to the provided email. Job Form
- Post a job advert active for 7 weeks from your purchased job packs (49 days) or simply post the job for free (1 week) Submit your job assignment
- Submit your job requirement (Job Form) and signed scanned copy of the Terms & Conditions to [email protected] with the link of your job advert.

Your JOB assignment will be seen & submitted to our Recruitment Associates registered in Highventures Worldwide, specialized Recruitment Firms & Agency owners registered as members.
In addition Highventures will “web hunt”, screen and select specialized Recruitment Firms, Freelance Head-hunters and Staffing Agencies Owners related to your job description for submission. Nationally & Worldwide.
After your first candidate placement, You (the Hiring company) decide to keep the contract partnership with Highventures or not. Any further job assignment has to be sent to the email below with the mention : Recruitment Associate Job Assignment.

Highventures offers paid service only on the purchase of job adverts (job packs) : The Recruitment Associate who invite a company to post jobs in the platform earn commissions on the job packs as long as the jobs are shared in Social Networks properly and in a regular basis. If the hiring company ask for a Job Assignments at 9%: the Recruitment Associate receives 7% of the candidate placed.
How does work a Recruitment Tender ?
This offer is independant from the Recruitment Associate JOB Assignment. The client (hiring company) decide to open and spread a B2B quote for a job requirement. The company decide the amount of fees to pay for the hired candidate. Highventures spread the Recruitment Tender to specialized Recruitment Firms and independant recruiters willing to work on the job. What does exactly mean the Recruiting Firms Exchange ?
For example a Recruiting firm in Asia working on assignments for Financial Profiles which is struggling finding Specialized English Speakers with 10 years experience in Private Equity and Asset Management. The Recruitment Firm is invite to partner with another Recruitment Firm in New York which have hundreds of candidates whom match perfectly with the job requirement.
