How can I apply to Jobs online?
You need to register and get your e-profile, you can build your resume online or upload your CV.
Can i invite friends or colleagues to join?
Of course you can, you can even share jobs you find for them and we thank you in advance for this.
How long does it take for my profile to be online and active?
Immediately. When you register, your profile is online and you have the option to edit and change it as long as you wish.
How many profile can I register ?
Each registration is based in your email so you can register only one profile per email. However, you can customize several resume and apply with any of them depending on your needs.
Can I apply from my smartphone or my tablet ?
Yes you can. You can either apply with your online resume or upload your resume in Word or PDF format. Just make sure your Mobile device support Word or PDF.
What’s the difference between Visible and Invisible profile?
If you choose to make your profile Visible, Highventures proceed each month to what we call internally a “skill-shot” or for you a Job hunting program - Which means your skills will and specialties will be sent by email to Recruiters and Hiring Companies.
If you choose to make your profile Invisible, Recruiters and Hiring companies will not find you when they will browse resumes. But you will still be able to apply to jobs online and will receive latest jobs by email based on your preferences. Your skills and specialties won’t be sent.
Do I have to pay for these services?
No, Highventures is free for Job-seekers and will always be.
Do I need to fill up all my resume online?
Your e-profile is yours. It is advised to enhance the best you can, adding keywords of your sector and job categories or simply add comments like a cover letter. You can also add videos or links to other social networks. Or you can leave it at the minimum and apply by uploading each time your original resume.
Can I register even if I’m still a student ?
Of course you can, it will give you a first idea of the labor market and the recruitment industry. You will be able to learn the best advices for your resume, for interviews and look for internship offers or for a fresh graduate role.
Is it free if I’m a freelance ?
Yes it is. As a freelancer you can even join us as a Recruitment Associates to earn commission between your freelance assingments.
If the company I’m working in is using Highventures, is it advise for me to register ?
You can register and put your profile invisible anyway.
Do I have to accept to pay money to be recruited by an international company if they ask me to pay for processing my visa?
Never pay for a job. We strongly advise you to mention us and send us the job posted to [email protected] if you have a payment request for any hiring process. We will delete and ban automatically the job lister.
Do I have to pay a Job Lister or a Recruiter to help find a job ?
Never pay a Job lister nor a Recruiter. Highventures is free for Job-seekers. Job Lister publish jobs but are not to be paid by any candidates. Report us any request of payment and the Job Lister will be deleted and banned from Highventures.

Immediately, you simply register the “Job Lister” in your company and publish your jobs.
How many users / Job listers can register from our company ?
As many as you like. Each Job Lister will have to choose of course his own username and a different email address if they want to be connected simultaneously.
Do I have to pay additional fees to download applications ?
No, all the applications coming from your job advert will be sent automatically and directly to your email address.
I have been contacted by a Recruitment Associate, do I have to pay him for his help or his job posted for us ?
No, Recruitment Associates are paid by Highventures only once you register to one of the packs.
What’s the Recruitment Associates Job Assignment?
The Recruitment Associates Job assignments is a fixed fee of 9% of the year salary of the placed candidate upon signature of the terms & conditions mentioned in the Recruitment Associates page.
