Our Life Sciences recruitment sales team is hiring. This team is the fastest growing pharmaceutical and biotech division in the company, and we are looking for our next big biller!
Based in the heart of Little Italy in San Diego, our well-appointed and sleek office space offers an open layout that lends itself to our collaborative working culture.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will oversee what is known as the entire recruitment life-cycle - from securing and nurturing clients, identifying and interviewing candidates, to arranging interviews and making job offers. You will have the added responsibility to mentor junior members of the team, as well as going above and beyond with an innovative approach to growing your market and business. The most successful of our Senior Recruitment Consultants would describe themselves as having:

* 2+ years of experience building a recruitment desk
* A solid understanding of a Life Sciences market
