Recruitment Business Ambassadors

Recruitment Business Managers at Highventures are the Ambassadors or Recruitment Strategy Consultants who helps Top Organizations, Medium & Small size hiring companies and Staffing Agencies more effectively to manage their online recruitment strategy. As our most senior direct sales representative, you will advocate Highventures to leading & hiring companies in your country. You will also promote the innovative power of our services to make organisations more productive, collaborative and mobile. Your passion for advanced recruitment strategies will ultimately help more organisations connect with great people.

This is not a traditional Recruitment Consultant role. You won’t have to process candidates’ interviews for the hiring companies nor bill any recruitment fee.

How Does a Business Development Manager Work

  • Call small, medium to large sized employers in your specialized sector or “job category” offering free job advertisements and Sponsored Job Advertisements on Highventures.
  • Educate customers on the Highventures Services and job advert process as well as Hunting e-campaign.
  • Responsible for prospecting, presenting and closing new job advertising to Staffing Agency organisations.
  • Develop relationships through phone, email, social media and professional networking
  • Develop account relationships and close sales quickly
  • Refine Job adverts publishing over the phone and face to face
  • Develop industry and account relationships to leverage during the sales process
  • Identify revenue opportunities and offer Recruitment Consulting strategy inside each organisation.
  • Help companies to refine their HR Branding. Help companies to target Best candidates.
  • Develop relationships via phone and email, hit daily call and conversion targets.

  • Is specialized in their own industry: IT, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Oil & Gas…

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Optional)
  • 0 - 2 years’ experience in outbound calling and selling Recruitment services or a field of your industry.
  • Valid Passport for Business Trips
  • Laptop or Tablet and strong Internet connection for weekly Skype conference.
  • Ability to build and manage your own pressure. Your own Targets. Your own Agenda.

We offer:

Full Training, Full support, work from home with a salary starting from $2000 to $4500 upon Targets.

Evolution of the JOB:

Upon successful track records:

  1. You may be able to detect Hiring Companies that need to be assisted by End to End Recruitment Process. You will receive the full training to become a Recruitment Consultant (End to End process). You will get all our assistance and support to let you build a Recruitment Team to address those requirements. (To discuss with Highventures Management)
  2. You may be able to detect Hiring Companies or Recruitments Firms in need of Recruitment Process Services (Outsourcing made in the Philippines and India). You will receive all the training to manage in front the requirements and our Management will support you to execute the RPO campaign on your behalf. (To discuss with Highventures Management)
