We’re recruiting for an experienced Client Recruitment Specialist to join our collaborative and inclusive team working to support one of our major overseas blue chip clients.
Your opportunity:
Premier financial account’s recruitment operations function and become a key component of the overall
Delivery Team. In this role, the main focus is the successful design, building and delivery of sourcing strategy and plans, with the aim of achieving high quality, and timely filling of roles as well as managing the end-to-end recruitment processing for our client. Reporting to the Sourcing Operations Team Lead, you will assist in driving best practices across the recruitment and sourcing lifecycle and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction. Your key responsibilities will include Recruitment Process Delivery in which you will implement the sourcing strategy for each search and source qualified candidates for open positions in a designated functional area of the client’s organization utilizing a variety of sources in line with the client’s branding and social media policies, including internal employee postings & referrals, job boards, associations & social media platform, advertisements, internal & external databases and directly-sourced candidates.
Desired Skills and Experience
About you:
Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in any field, 2-5 yrs experience in the RPO and staffing industry, preferably at and/or with a global organization. Has prior experience sourcing and qualifying a high volume of candidates and variety of roles and the ability to source candidates from a low or no fee source such as job boards, associations, employee referral programs and the internet, both traditional and innovative recruitment methodologies, understanding of sourcing approaches and tactics. This person must also have a strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, and Web,). Experience in working with Malaysia clients preferred.
