About the job
You job as a Recruitment Manager will be to ensure continued profitability by promoting the company to existing and new clients, winning new business and securing major PSL accounts. You will also be accountable for the development of a team of 10 Permanent Consultants within the IT space who have recently come runner up in external awards because of the work that is done. This job requires someone to be able to effectively manage a team whilst gaining their own results too.
The Person Spec:
As a Recruitment Manager you will need to have experience of successfully leading, motivating and developing a team of Recruitment Consultants in a IT Recruitment environment. You will also be a hands on biller as you will be targeted to achieve billings yourself as well as the teams target. You will have a proven ability to recruit, resource and fill permanent and/or temporary/contract job vacancies on behalf of clients, hitting/exceeding targets - a good understanding of either areas of the business would be essential. The successful Recruitment Manager with have a solid commercial acumen and ability to identify development opportunities for the company. Above all of this though, the team are great fun so if you’re not up for a laugh then this isn’t the job for you.
Salary and benefits
We pay a basic salary depending on experience as a Recruitment Manager. This rises with each promotion and you will be set a target from day 1 to work towards. You’ll have targets to achieve to incentivise you to achieve these targets such as lunch club where you’ll be taken out to lunch for the afternoon with your Manager and others in your team to congratulate the work you’re doing. We also have quarterly and yearly incentives where our highest performers are taken away on holiday to places like Las Vegas, Dubai, Amsterdam, Paris and Berlin. Each year, SThree host an annual Christmas Party held in Battersea Park, London. It’s all expenses paid celebration and this year, the whole of Europe are flying over to join us.
