Our IT recruitment sales team is hiring. This award-winning team is a specialist supplier of contractor staffing of some of the world’s leading technologies, including Salesforce and Microsoft. This is your chance to join a buzzing team whilst building your own business. This is not a transactional recruitment role: you will be developing new clients on the hunt for a consultative business partner to assist with their IT implementation projects.
Based in the heart of downtown San Francisco, our team sits 39 floors up in the sky with sweeping views of the Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge. Our well-appointed and sleek office space offers an open layout that lends itself to our collaborative working culture.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will oversee what is known as the entire ‘recruitment cycle’ - a process that involves securing and nurturing clients, identifying and interviewing candidates, arranging interviews and making job offers. Managing both clients and candidates can be a very challenging responsibility, and requires excellent organization and communication skills. The most successful of our Recruitment Consultants would describe themselves as having:
