If you are an experienced Agency Recruiter, preferably with 12-36 months’ experience recruiting into Interim or Contract positions, and are looking for a bigger, better, more lucrative opportunity as a Recruiter, whether it be full desk or candidate/client only, or to potentially be fast tracked to manage a team, then look no further.
Computer Futures, one of the four core specialist brands of Specialist Staffing Group, has seen some incredible growth in our New York office. They’ve gone from only 2 to 20 in 2 years on the Contract team, have broken several records and are now looking to increase their offering. Not to mention they were Team of the Year 2014, had both Contract biller and Top US and Global Newcomer of the year for 2015! They’re unstoppable.
Two of the top three Consultants are on that team, are earning well over $150k and the brand has only been trading since December 2013.
Almost all of the team have had at least 1 promotion last year (bearing in mind some only started 6 months ago) with 2 having been promoted twice!
