Women Development & Diversity
Women Development & Diversity Division is part of the Management & Professional Development Department, and is focused on advancing women and addressing women’s challenges in the corporate environment. It is involved in women-focused training, resources, motivation, and assessment programs.

Under the direction of the supervisor, the successful candidate will inspire participants to take new knowledge and skills back into the workplace by living the curriculum and being an expert on diversity and inclusive leadership. This position’s credibility is founded on the candidate having proven leadership experience and bringing that experience to the learning table. The foundation of this position is “leaders teaching leaders.”

The Professional Trainer in the Women Development & Diversity Division will:
• Present structured content in a way that inspires participants toward greatness.
• Learn content, successfully complete certification on content, and maintain all certifications.
• Continually gain up-to-date knowledge on leadership and professional level soft skills.
• Assist, when assigned, technical services in the development of new courses of instruction.

A. A master’s degree in behavioral sciences, business administration, industrial psychology, or a related field in the area of social sciences.
B. A bachelor’s degree is acceptable if backed by distinguished long-proven experience of HRD applications in a corporate environment.
C. Ten (10) years of experience for master’s degree candidates and eleven (11) years for bachelor degree candidates in a professional capacity; including some supervisory experience, of which five years should have been in applied HRD operations.
D. Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
E. Excellent human relations skills, especially in dealing with people at all levels of client organizations.
F. Sensitivity to issues related to the Saudi culture and ability to tactfully handle related matters.
A. Provides professional internal consultations to line management on dealing with HRD issues covering most phases of the HRD function from initial inquiry through implementation to evaluation and follow-up.
B. Instructs, trains, and provides guidance and support to less experienced trainers on training and consulting matters in addition to conducting upper level management training courses.
C. Directs the work of individuals or teams of trainers working on short- term internal consulting, OD programs, other interventions and field training activities in general under the supervision of the division head.
D. Researches and recommends to the division head innovations and modifications of present courses or introduction of new ones.
E. Under the supervision of his division head, directs activities of outside consultants by (1) monitoring progress toward objectives, (2) advising on the suitability of technical proposals, (3) recommending suitable candidates, (4) monitoring consultant performance, and (5) helping evaluate results.
F. Keeps up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the HRD area and recommends to his division head appropriate changes in the concepts, practices, methods, and techniques employed by the division.
G. Participates in and directs operations of HRD functions and activities in every company location in and out of Kingdom as required. Directs work of professional trainers and assigns work to paraprofessional/clerical staff members.
H. Participates in the preparation of accountability reports, operating plans, and business plans.
I. Performs other management and professional development activities as directed by the division head.

After a candidate submits an online resume for a posted job opening, the resume is reviewed by a recruiter at ASC. If a candidate possesses the required qualifications, the resume is transmitted to the Saudi Aramco hiring organization. In general, the following recruitment process can be expected: Application If a candidate appears to be qualified on the basis of his or her resume, the Saudi Aramco hiring organization will request that the candidate complete an Application for Employment. Saudi Aramco selects the candidates to interview and requests ASC to coordinate scheduling. Interviews may be conducted at ASC offices, via video conferencing, or at recruiting events worldwide. Orientation Because changing jobs is a major decision for most families, both candidates and spouses are required to attend an orientation program, which addresses topics such as lifestyle, housing, schools, and other valuable information about working for Saudi Aramco and living in Saudi Arabia. If your orientation is in Houston, ASC provides the candidate and spouse with advanced roundtrip airfare and hotel reservations. Meals and certain miscellaneous expenses are covered in lump sum at the time of interview to assure that a candidate's out-of-pocket expense is minimal. Offer Upon Saudi Aramco's authorization, ASC will extend a written, conditional offer of employment. This offer specifies the conditions that must be met by the candidate for employment to take place and outlines the compensation package being offered. Conditions of Employment The conditions that must be satisfied for employment to commence include: undergoing a medical examination and background investigation, obtaining confirmation from Saudi Aramco that housing is available, the dependent children must be accepted to Saudi Aramco Expatriate Schools (SAES), as applicable, and the candidate must be able to secure a visa to work and reside in Saudi Arabia from the Saudi Arabian government.
