We are currently seeking an experienced Petrochemicals Logistics Coordinator to join the Chemicals Business Coordination & Support Department. The successful applicant is responsible for Petro Rabigh Chemicals (PRC) third-party logistics (3PLs) service providers, and the shipping lines to proactively address and resolve any shipping issues to ensure on-time shipments. The successful candidate will coordinate the execution of the shipments, the hub distribution plan, and notify stakeholders of any delays. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for new logistics high sea sales, new hubs, and new 3PLs, maintaining logistics KPIs, and investigating customer complaints. The successful applicant will report to the Logistics Manager, and liaise closely with Customer Service and Supply Chain Sourcing. You will conduct any external coordination with the JV manufacturing partner, PRC, and other third parties responsible for any logistics. |

| The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in logistics or supply chain management. APICS certification in CIPM: Certified in Production and Inventory Management.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain roles in the petrochemical industries. Knowledge of polymers is advantageous. Knowledge of logistics; to include international commercial terms (INCO), international container shipping, hub management, international customs requirements, and freight forwarding. Managing third-party logistics service providers. Knowledge of supply chain performance metrics. Skilled using Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) |

| The successful candidate will be work with PRC, third-party logistics providers, and shipping lines to execute the export shipping processes to ensure on-time shipments. Applicants will document and resolve operational issues as needed. You will monitor and coordinate the execution of the hub distribution plan (first leg). Work with sourcing to coordinate shipments to hubs. Issue offtake plans (OTPs)/distribution plans for PRC for stock movement from PRC to hubs. Issue PO datasheets to business partners for shipments going to hubs. Issue physical POs to PRC for hub shipments. Provide business partners with a container collection plan for all shipments, and make adjustments as needed. Monitor buffer stock for empty containers for all shipments. Work with the PRC coordinator as needed to resolve specific issues with the execution of the distribution plan. Liaise with shipping lines and 3PLs to resolve distribution issues. Issue a daily hub distribution shipment report (compare against the plan). | |
