An amazing opportunity has arisen in our Parramatta office, for a results focused and driven Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer to join our successful team within our Commercial staffing business.
This role will be responsible for assisting with and supporting a Temporary PSA (preferred supplier agreement) portfolio of clients. The role would ideally suit someone in the early stages of their Recruitment or HR career (2 to 5 years), now ready to take on some client-facing responsibility and ready to develop their career to the next step.
Key responsibilities with include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
- Sourcing, assessing and reference checking candidates so they are market ready for future and current temporary assignments
- Assisting with creating and placing job adverts
- Managing service delivery to existing clients re temporary staffing needs
- Assisting with the management of talent-pools for temporary and contract staff
- High volume processing to completion
What skills and experience do you need?
- Strong administrative background and excellent Word and Excel skills
- People oriented and a true team player
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi task and stay calm under pressure.
- Previous work experience in the fields of sales and customer service
- A genuine passion and desire to develop a career within the recruitment industry
