Our client is a boutique Recruitment Consultancy specialising in recruitment services across the IT, Telecommunications, Construction, Engineering, Mining, Accounting & Finance and Sales & Marketing sectors.

We have a fantastic opportunity on for an experienced IT recruiter looking for a new role in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, motivated & result driven. You will have previous successful recruitment experience and a strong business development background, from building, managing and maintaining client relationships.

The role is a full 360 position recruiting permanent and contract roles within the ICT sector. You will be working within a team of friendly and energetic professionals who enjoy hitting targets and reaping the rewards. There are no KPI’s or micromanagement, you have only a monthly monetary target to hit. This is not an account management role. Therefore, consultants are required to hit the phones and business develop to generate sales.
