We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Recruitment Consultant who enjoys a challenge and thrives on providing exceptional customer service and grow with us.

This position requires a pro-active individual to support the team in assisting in the recruitment drive of government campaigns

Requirements for this role are exceptional organisational skills, ability to communicate with people on all levels and a real passion to find the best candidates for the right roles.

The Requirements of the role will include to:

• Shortlist and screen candidate resumes
• Phone Screening
• Reference checks
• Compiling letter of offers and contracts
• Ensure all information received is entered into our internal database
• Growing candidate base

Successful applicants must possess the following attributes:

• Proven exceptional customer service experience
• Strong administration skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in HR databases, preferably FastTrack
• Strong drive to succeed and attention to detail
• Ability to work unsupervised and display initiative

At least 1 year experience in Sales.
