Our client is a globally recognised brand that are looking for a Recruiter with a minimum of 1-2 years experience to join their Recruitment Team on a 12 month maternity leave contract.This company is known for its great work culture and its award winning benefits. The Role
The primary focus of this role is to source, select and recruit quality Sales Consultants into the business. You will also need to develop strong relationships with the Line Managers across the NSW and ACT regions within the business.
As the successful candidate in this role you will be rewarded with a competitive, performance-driven salary package.
The Candidate
To be successful in this role, it is essential you have a minimum of 1-2 years previous experience in a recruitment role, which must be in either a retail or sales environment. You will have previously recruited for a high-volume of roles within this space, and ideally have assessment centre experience. You will have a proactive attitude and are a motivated, enthusiastic team player.
