SAP Service Delivery Manager needed for 1 year contract based in Sydney Australia - Turning into a Permanent position with a sponsoring visa.
Our client is looking for a SAP Service Delivery Manager to assist with a Finance Transformation Programme.
Strong experience in SAP ERP system implementation and business support. Supporting the design and operation of the new Financial Shared Service Centre.
You will have experience of multiple large full life cycle Global ERP implementations.
• Knowledge of integration between various core SAP modules FI, CO, PP, SD, VC, PS, MM, WM and related applications such as SCM, BI, SRM
• Knowledge of B2B and EDI methodologies and middleware suited to interfaces with SAP - desirable
• Experience with different tools and methodologies for testing would be useful
• Experience working with different vendors in different geographical locations
Work closely with the SLA’s and develop the new SAP Service Model
Strong experience designing and delivering multiple SAP Service solutions - from legacy ERP e.g Oracle, JD Edwards and MS Dynamics
Excellent Stakeholder engagement experience
• Partner with the SAP COE Architecture to arrive at realistic time and implementation effort estimates
• Partner with the SAP COE Quality Assurance team to engage the Testing Center of Excellence for testing, to ensure that the solutions being developed are compliant, to follow the project release management guidelines and for knowledge management
• Partner with non-SAP IT teams to deliver high-quality and robust end-to-end solutions in an efficient and timely manner
• Provide feedback to all SAP and non-SAP COE teams about effectiveness of the services received from them
