SAP HCM Consultant – Field Based
Manchester

Our client is recruiting for an SAP HCM Consultant to join their rapidly growing SAP consultancy.

Essential skills/experience for the SAP HCM Consultant:

At least 5 years’ experience, including a minimum of 3 years full life-cycle SAP project implementations, with strong functional configuration and implementation experience of Personnel Administration/Organisational Management plus two or more of the following;

• ESS/MSS: UWL, Leave Request, Appraisals, Timesheets, Learning Solution, Compensation Management, Talent Management, Travel Management
• Time Recording & Evaluation: Work Schedules, Absence management, Quota generation, Flex time processing, Overtime Payments, Clock in/out processing or time entries, Time Wage Type Selection, CATS Timesheet, Schema/rule configuration
• Personnel Development: Appraisals, Learning Solution, and either Talent Management or Compensation Management
• E Recruitment: E recruitment (internal and external), Talent Management
• Travel Management: Travel Expenses, Travel Planning, integration with FI/CO and payroll

Desirable skills/experience for the SAP HCM Consultant:

• SuccessFactors – Employee Central / Talent Suite
• EHP6+
• Authorisations
• Good technical understanding at the ABAP level – ability to Debug standard or bespoke code
• Good knowledge of Integration between the modules, including Payroll
• Ability to plan and deliver Client-facing Workshops (eg. Blueprinting)
• Ability to write detailed Functional Specifications for bespoke developments
• Significant knowledge of EDI and IDoc functionality
• Experience in a SAP Industry Solution (ie: Retail, Utilities etc)
• Good knowledge of Integration between modules, including Payroll
• Data Migration Tools (CATT, LSMW)
• Ability and desire to coach, mentor or manage the other members of the project team

Start dates for the SAP HCM Consultant are flexible.
