Position – SAP BW/HANA, Lead and Sr Analyst
Location – Nottingham, UK
Duration – Permanent £65,000
Our Retail client based in Nottingham has put in an urgent requirement for a SAP BW/HANNA consultant to come and join their team.
Job Description –
Should know SAP and should have worked in upgrade projects. Stakeholder management; Manage billing for the resources in SAP; Escalation point for any issues within the project
Strong SAP Experience and stake holder management. Need to have experience in handling multiple projects at the same time and manage escalations by Controlling the project, monitoring activities, making decisions, facilitating progress, managing issues through to closure, and taking corrective actions.
Role Requirement –
· Account Status reporting
· Resource Utilization and tracking
· Coordination with Onshore Team
· Coordination with Offshore team
· Customer Satisfaction - P CSAT
· Conduct Requirements study and analysis
· Create Test Strategy
To lead| guide| manage| engage and develop the team.
To manage customer expectations on deliverables.
To participate in organisation initiatives like CMMI compliance | DQI.
To project manage the testing project like estimating| resource management and scheduling with reference to testing work assignation etc.
-Candidate must have implemented Hanna recently.
