Financial Development Analyst
Saudi Aramco Finance is seeking a Financial Development Analyst to join the Corporate Finance & Project Development team (CF&PD).

CF&PD is a part of the Finance Business Line in Saudi Aramco and reports to the Treasurer’s organization. Its objectives are to provide expert financial advice to organizations developing new businesses or joint ventures, coordinate the Finance Organization’s overall involvement in such development activities and; obtain debt and equity capital for such new business ventures when appropriate.
Successful candidates will be responsible for financial aspects of potential joint venture development and mergers and acquisitions in the downstream oil and gas and petrochemical industries, as well as providing economic evaluation and financing support to existing joint ventures. This position handles complex, non-routine financial or banking projects, which have little precedent, develops and interprets data used in highly technical and confidential analysis, assists in the development of positions relative to new problem areas of situations and develops polices, programs and procedures.

* A minimum of 10 years of related financial development work experience required, preferably in a banking environment or a major petrochemical or energy industry corporation
* Strong preference will be given to candidates with significant experience with Commercial Credit, Capital Markets, Strategic Planning, Economic Evaluations, Cash Flow & Variance Analysis, Commercial Negotiations, and exposure to multilateral agreements, export credit agencies, Islamic finance, structured finance, project finance and/or financial modeling
* Completion of Finance/Accounting professional credential is preferred.
* Ability to quickly establish credibility in the position and to effectively interact with all levels of management, including senior leadership.
* Strong ability to establish and maintain networks, both within and across company organizations.
* Capable of working within a matrix organization.
* Collaboratively work with professionals in the Financial Analysis, Business Development, Legal and Operational/Technical disciplines, as the case may be, to provide financial direction for relevant projects.
* Provide professional and technical expertise for the analysis and solution of complex problems in any Treasury financial commercial area.
* Review current Treasury financial commercial procedures and identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
* Keep abreast of and analyze international economic data; identify trends that may affect the company.
* Assist in the formulation and implementation of Treasury policies and procedures to prevent or resolve problems and follow-up implemented changes to ensure the problem has been resolved.
* Represent the Treasury organization when needed in special joint venture projects and regular or ad hoc committees or task forces.

Aramco Services Company (ASC) is pleased to provide support for candidates from North and South America interested in careers working for Saudi Aramco in Saudi Arabia. After a candidate submits an online resume for a posted job opening, the resume is reviewed by a recruiter at ASC. If a candidate possesses the required qualifications, the resume is transmitted to the Saudi Aramco hiring organization. In general, the following recruitment process can be expected: Application If a candidate appears to be qualified on the basis of his or her resume, the Saudi Aramco hiring organization will request that the candidate complete an Application for Employment. Saudi Aramco selects the candidates to interview and requests ASC to coordinate scheduling. Interviews may be conducted at ASC offices, via video conferencing, or at recruiting events worldwide. Orientation Because changing jobs is a major decision for most families, both candidates and spouses are required to attend an orientation program, which addresses topics such as lifestyle, housing, schools, and other valuable information about working for Saudi Aramco and living in Saudi Arabia. If your orientation is in Houston, ASC provides the candidate and spouse with advanced roundtrip airfare and hotel reservations. Meals and certain miscellaneous expenses are covered in lump sum at the time of interview to assure that a candidate's out-of-pocket expense is minimal. Offer Upon Saudi Aramco's authorization, ASC will extend a written, conditional offer of employment. This offer specifies the conditions that must be met by the candidate for employment to take place and outlines the compensation package being offered. Conditions of Employment The conditions that must be satisfied for employment to commence include: undergoing a medical examination and background investigation, obtaining confirmation from Saudi Aramco that housing is available, the dependent children must be accepted to Saudi Aramco Expatriate Schools (SAES), as applicable, and the candidate must be able to secure a visa to work and reside in Saudi Arabia from the Saudi Arabian government. There may be other special conditions for specific jobs, such as aircraft pilots. Relocation Processing After offer acceptance, the candidate is assigned a Relocation Advisor to assist in meeting processing requirements. During this period, the candidate must clear the conditions of employment.
