We are looking for a switched on, savvy and passionate Sales Support & Recruitment Resourcer for our client’s newly created role.
This opportunity will see you working within a small, friendly, supportive and hardworking team, providing niche IT Recruitment solutions to Top Tier clients.
What the role requires:
- • Profiling existing and prospective clients
- • Working alongside the resourcing team to identify suitable and high-caliber candidates
- • Generating Leads
- • Arranging appointments and attending client meetings alongside the Business Development staff
- • Outbound calls to candidates/clients
What you’ll bring to the table:
- • A minimum of 6 months experience within the Recruitment industry (IT specific is not necessary)
- • Proven success in solution sales roles
- • A strong drive and motivation to learn
- • Exceptional organisational skills, solid appointment setting experience and diary management
- • Hunger for success
- • Confidence to pick up the phone and make outbound calls
