Our client is currently seeking an experienced SAP Security Analyst for an exciting permanent opportunity based in Australia, Melbourne
Overview
Reporting to the IT Security Manager, you will be part of the IT Governance team and carry out SAP Security activities to support the business, IT projects and build and enforce good practices within SAP security. The role will ensure that we meet compliance and regulatory requirements. The role will have some general IT Security responsibilities.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Management and reporting of Access Control (full suite of applications)
• SAP Licensing (monitoring and managing)
• Supporting and working with internal and external audit teams
• Enforce policy and best practice
• Confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of information through SAP Security functionality.
• Responsible for the design, build, test and administration of SAP Security roles including SoD resolution, role creation / maintenance based on business direction and Organizational levels creation / maintenance
• Analysing Business requirements for SAP security
• Assists in definition of and the standardization of all SAP Security and Segregation of Duties related design, principles, policies, procedures, guidelines, work flows, and control sets based upon industry standard practices, experience, and business needs
• Liaison between technical and functional teams relating to SAP design, security, segregation of duties, roles, etc
• Availability of appropriate training and support tools
• Quality management
• Liaison with other SAP/ERP functional teams
• Ensure provision of estimates for project work
• Ensuring quality of project work and service provision to agreed standards
Candidate requirements / Knowledge:
• At least 3-5 years of SAP experience managing and providing security to an ECC, SRM, SOLMAN, CUA, BPC and Portal SAP solution
• In-depth knowledge of core requirements to setup & maintain SAP security
• At least 2 full life cycle implementations
• Demonstrable experience in SAP role design, build and authorizations
• Access and process control experience ( SoD compliance)
• Clear and concise interaction and communications with individuals and groups at all levels
