Following continued success and growth a leading provider of eCommerce and reservation systems to the retail, hospitality and leisure industry require a delivery focussed Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master. Taking full ownership of development projects the AAgile Project Manager / Scrum Master will be responsible for managing the projects within a fluid and forward thinking agile environment.
As well as managing the full project lifecycle the Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master will manage the daily Scrums and ensure smooth running of enterprise level eCommerce platform redevelopment projects. Additionally the Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master will have the foresight to understand and improve current Agile processes to ensure delivery of projects are as effective as possible. Working with already well grown Agile tech teams the Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master will also be responsible for shaping the way Agile is used on both a project by project basis but also continuing to groom the delivery teams and the business in best practice Agile delivery methods and processes.
Reporting into the Director of Software Delivery (who is a pragmatic, delivery focussed Agile Guru), The Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master must have seasoned experience of working in tight knit Agile teams where delivery is key and have some relevant experience within high transaction, eCommerce, reservation or booking systems.

The successful Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master will earn up to £80k plus bonus and generous benefits.
